What is SERPs?

SERPs stand for Search Engine Ranking Page but it is the general definition of the ranking of particular Webpage in a search engine. But it normally means the search engine ranking of the Google. The ranking of a website or Webpage in the search engine counts on some particular keyword and it is not compulsory that the SERP of a website counts only on the keyword in their domain name but for the keyword the website is being optimised.

For example, The-RyoWeb.info is the domain name of this website but I am not optimising the website for the keyword “the-RyoWeb” instead I am optimizing the website for the keyword “SEO experts” and therefore the SERPs of the website will be noted according to the ranking of the website in the Google search engine according to the keyword “SEO experts”. Content is the most important factor for the high SERPs and if you have quality and value contents, then Google will take it as important website and will help to rank higher in SERPs.
