What is Google Page Rank?

Google Page Rank was an important parameter which was used to determine the quality of the blog or website. The intentionally use the term “was” because according to me, Google Page Rank is not that important these days. Although, I just want to define what the Google Page Rank is for the newbie.

The Google Page Rank is the rating given to each website by the Google and it is given according to the scale of out of ten (10). If you website has PR 5 or even more than that, then you website has good rating. There are some websites which have Google PR 10 and Google itself is among one of them.

But the parameter on which Google Page Rank is dependent is a very tough one. But Google gives rating to the website following some strict rules and that is called Page Rank Algorithm of Google. Now you know what the Google Page Rank but very superficially.
